During the group Coached Training Session, your instructor will coach you, giving you guidance such as feedback on technique as well as taking care of your safety. He will evaluate your abilities and adjust the training to suit your individual level and objectives. Private coaching is available on request.

- Freediving Level 1 certification or higher
